1. What Are the Limitations of Your Restoration Work?
We don’t do full restorations, full body painting, or upholstery and we do not offer collision repair. However, please contact us about your specific need and if we can’t help you, we have an extensive list of contacts to assist with all aspects of your vehicle!
2. Does My Car Need to Run For You to Store It?
No. If it rolls, great! If not, we can handle that too.
3. Do You Do Full Specialty Builds?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis.
4. How Can I Get Hard-to-Find Parts for My Car?
Jeff has many contacts in the specialty car industry. If a part cannot be sourced, contact our machine and fabrication shop (COMING SOON!) at 845-677-4354 option 3.
5. What’s Included in Car Storage Package?
A minor interior and exterior detailing is done before your vehicle is brought into storage. We trickle charge the battery using owner-supplied charger, or we can supply charger at an additional cost, or if electric, we will maintain charge with 110V input only. We also check and maintain tire pressure. A car cover is not necessary but recommended. If you don’t have one, we can provide one at an additional cost.
6. Do You Store Electric Vehicles?
Yes. We can plug them in using your Level 1 (110V) charger.
7. Can I Visit Your Facility Before I Book?
Yes. Tours are available by appointment. Contact us to schedule. 845-677-4354
8. Do You Do Electric Conversions?
As this is considered a major project on a vehicle, please call us at 845-677-4354 option 2 to discuss your specific case.
9. Do You Provide Concierge Services?
This is not the case at this time, but special arrangements may be made upon request.
10. What Are the Maximum Dimensions for a Vehicle in Storage?
Roughly 8'x18'
11. Do You Store Boats?
No, we only store cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles.
